The tripod has a telescopic metal tube that is extendable to place it at the desired height. Provides firm attachment for stable shots(on tables, desks, shelves, etc.). Feet fold away easily and convert into a handle for use as a selfie pole for taking selfies, recording videos with moving shots, etc.
